Refund policy

We strive to ensure that we provide you with great goods and the best experience as we possibly can.   However, we understand that sometimes you may need to make a return.  We offer a 14 day return window in order to receive a refund on the items purchased with the following exceptions:

  • Consumable products such as tinctures, teas, decoctions, and infusions cannot be returned.
  • Beauty and wellness products cannot be returned.
  • Orders shipped outside the U.S. cannot be returned.
  • Products damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging (those worn, used, washed, altered, etc.) cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If a product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at support@hommadstore.com within 48 hours of receiving the product detailing the issues with the item along with images and/or videos of the item and packaging (where appropriate).  

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation.  Before assembling, please take inventory of all pieces received to ensure that you have all of the correct parts.  Once the item has been assembled, we cannot accept a return or offer a replacement.

Once we receive your return, we will provide a refund of the cost of the item on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
